BIG Kaiser Targets Growth in Central U.S.
A new manager is hired to strengthen relationships with independent sales representatives and distributors in this region and grow business in high precision tooling systems.
BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. (Hoffman, Estates, IL) recently introduced Mike Herman, the new Central Region sales manager who possesses a wealth of industry experience spanning sales and marketing roles with companies such as Komet of America, Stama Machine and Seco Tools.
This position aims to strengthen the management of the company’s relationships with the team of independent sales representatives and distributors within Herman’s territory. “We’re looking to assist our distributor partners to help show our customers the full scope of our product line,” says Fred Messmer, the national sales manager. “We want to increase our presence among our distributors so they can carry the message of our products’ value to the end users.”
Herman plans to grow business by keeping his focus on customers, key products, and key distributors via the company’s highly qualified representatives. “Higher quality tooling means better results. When our customers buy a premium dollar tool like one of ours, they are buying a little bit of insurance that it’s going to work right the first time without a lot of the guess work and trial and error,” says Jack Burley, the vice president of sales and engineering. “We are delivering that message to our sales partners with more proactive communications and support.”
