Okuma Hosts Multiple Showcase Events for CNC Machine Tools
Attendees can bring their challenging parts and machining problems to this series of open house events, where engineers will showcase new and existing CNC machine tool and control technology, tooling, gauging, software and other machine tool accessory equipment.
CNC machine tool manufacturer Okuma America Corporation (Charlotte, NC) is hosting a series of open house events at various locations throughout the fall to showcase new and existing CNC machine tool and control technology. “We are committed to helping manufacturers go beyond what they believe is currently possible by introducing them to existing technology that helps them improve their operations. Allowing them to see the equipment in-person and interact with our engineers and our partners enables them to test the waters of possibility,” states Jim King, the company president and chief operating officer, “and eventually make it reality.”
- Chicago – October 24-25, Jobtoberfest – was hosted in conjunction with Morris Midwest (Roselle, IL) at the Okuma Tech Center and focused on helping small and large job shops get the most out of their machine tool investments. Attendees brought their challenging parts and machining problems to the event so that Okuma and Morris application engineers, teamed with Partners in THINC members, could help them solve their manufacturing problems.
