EXSYS Tool Appoints New Territory Manager for California

EXSYS Tool, Inc. (San Antonio, FL), a provider of high precision rotary and fixed tool holder solutions for CNC turning centers, recently hired Mike Englebrecht to be its territory manager for California. In this newly created role, Englebrecht will further enhance the company’s sales and support functions as well as overall market position on the West coast.

With more than 30 years of industry-related experience, which includes sales, product development and applications support, Englebrecht will develop new and foster existing relationships with regional metal working manufacturers from various market segments.

According to Stewart Bachmann, president of EXSYS Tool, the West coast is experiencing a surge in manufacturing, which prompted the company to develop this territory manager position. “There are significant growth opportunities for our advanced tool holders on the West Coast because shops need comprehensive metal working solutions to effectively compete in today’s challenging marketplace, ” he said.

Bachman also said the company is excited to have Englebrecht on the EXSYS team. “Mike’s impressive and extensive manufacturing industry experience makes him uniquely qualified to serve this growing region. I am confident he will take EXSYS and its customers to new heights of success.”

Prior to joining EXSYS, Englebrecht worked within several manufacturing industry sectors, carrying out positions that ranged from consulting to large contract sales and focused on high-performance machine tools, cutting tool holders and work holding.
