AME Announces New Sawing System
With the AMSAW® S300, unattended sawing is possible with the automatic bar loading table.

AME, the pioneers in sawing technology, announces the AMSAW S300, the new addition to their family of sawing systems.
Advanced Machine & Engineering Co.’s (AME)(Rockford, IL) AMSAW® S300 is designed for efficiency, speed and increased productivity for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It has a capacity of 3.00 in – 12.00 in and utilizes saw blade diameters from 24 in to 36 in.
The spindle motor is 60 HP/45KW and provided with operator friendly controls. The machine allows for cut lengths up to 30 in and multi-indexing when length exceeds 30 in. Accuracy for length is (+/-) 0.005 in.
The AMSAW® S300 is fast, economical and reliable. It’s innovative, compact design incorporates hardened spindle gears with minimum backlash. It uses cermet or carbide tipped, disposable or regrindable saw blades.
Unattended sawing is possible with the automatic bar loading table. If required, the machine can be designed and built to the customer’s specific requirements.
