GTI Predictive Technology, a subsidiary of GTI Spindle Technology, creators of the iPad Vibration Analyzer, Balancer and Alignment System recently announced the immediate availability of Equipment Monitoring System. This new product was built to be used in conjunction with VibePro 6.

VibePro 6 is a vibration analyzer application for the iPad. The application makes it easy for anyone to do single readings with reports or an entire route with trending built-in. New to VibePro 6 is the addition of two spectrums in a single report. This addition allows users to include checks both on low end frequency issues in velocity caused by imbalance/misalignment and high frequency issues in acceleration caused by bearing/gear faults.

Vibration analysis, Precision Balancing and alignment on Apple’s newest iPad air. Take equipment/asset measurements, conduct full routes and trend those routes right on the iPad. Share your readings/results with colleagues and management using the new Equipment Monitoring System by GTI Predictive Technologies. The iPad system is the foundation of an entire ecosystem of predictive maintenance and reliability technology. Users can enjoy Vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, thermography and in the coming weeks a new precision shaft laser alignment system. This is a total maintenance solution for plant and asset management.

Routes have been totally reworked and improved for VibePro 6. The equipment monitoring system allows those doing routes to tap into that invaluable data right from their web browser. Users can pull up past vibration spectrums, view trend charts, print and email reports, and view a total plant report. Total plant reports compile all of the vibration data into a single report. Any assets that are past allowable vibration thresholds will be brought to your attention.
