Trico Adds German Uzcategui to Business Development Team

Trico Corporation (Pewaukee, WI), a leading provider of total lubrication management services and products, recently announced the addition of German Uzcategui as a member of the Business Development Team. In his role he will be responsible for leading international business development, opportunity creation, networking, and global account management and coordination. In addition, Uzcategui will be responsible to further clarify Trico’s understanding of international customer requirements for products and services. He will also focus on product level transactions and continue synergy between US exporters and international customers.

German Uzcategui brings over thirteen years of international business development experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, biotechnology, agricultural, energy, and commodities. He has taken start-ups and well-established companies and setup operations and partnerships in markets such as South America, Central America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Uzcategui specializes in seeking companies with strong products or services and engineering, implementing and executing strategies to bring them to emerging markets around the world. Having successfully developed strategic partnerships in over 30 countries, Uzcategui offers Trico a unique set of skills and experience with a true global vision.

Uzcategui was born in the United States, but spent his childhood in Venezuela. He came back to the United States as an adolescent. He has a true understanding of the Latin American cultures and is fluent in Spanish, English, and proficient in Portuguese.
