Munger comes to the company from ASSA ABLOY, where he was the manager of operational improvements and lean. He led the Lean Council and held Kaizen events that impacted a total of twelve facilities and significantly increased sales growth for the company. His experience in directing and coordinating plant operations makes him well suited for his new duties.
Prior to ASSA ABLOY, he worked for Oil States Industries in Houston and Applied Research Associates at Tyndall Air Force Research Laboratory. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, and furthered his education with graduate level classes at Florida State University. He also has considerable training in Lean and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Roll-Kraft continues to lead the industry in providing tooling for the tube and pipe and roll form manufacturing companies. The recent expansion is indicative of the forward-looking momentum of the company and will further enhance its ability to provide on-time shipments and tooling that performs right out of the box.
