In Booth S-3574, SigmaTEK Systems, LLC (Cincinnati, OH) will be globally introducing SigmaNEST X1, the new release of their popular sheet metal CAD/CAM system that offers improved functionality for CNC punch, laser, and plasma machines. Shown for the first time will be the new Dynapack-HD nesting engine that handles multi-sheet nesting tasks more efficiently for improved best sheet selection and overall material yield improvement. The new SigmaNEST X1 acts as a hub or cockpit from which to integrate multiple machines, optimize production schedules, reduce scrap, and shorten cycle time through smart machine programming. SigmaTEK will also introduce SigmaWEBTM, a new QuoteNestingTM solution that allows job shops using SigmaNEST to obtain job quotes through a web interface.
