COE Press Equipment Hires Technical Sales Manager
Robert Murphy will help develop new business and long-term relationships through technical presentations and requirements management.

COE Press Equipment Corporation (Sterling Heights, MI) has announced the appointment of Robert Murphy to technical sales manager, responsible for helping develop new business opportunity and long-term relationships through technical presentations and requirements management.
Prior to joining the company, Murphy was a senior account manager for the Factory Automation Division of MISUMI USA, Inc. (Schaumburg, IL) where he was based in Detroit and responsible for a 20-state territory, as well as playing a role in new product manufacturing and marketing. He has extensive experience in technical sales and service for both consulting and capital equipment companies, with proven success at increasing profits. He also has been successful in establishing strong relationships with numerous automotive OEM customers.
Murphy holds an associate degree in accounting and finance from Schoolcraft College (Livonia, MI) and a bachelor of applied science degree in marketing from Madonna University (Livonia, MI).
