Renishaw Breaks Ground on New U.S. Facility

Renishaw, Inc. recently broke ground on its new office and warehouse facility in West Dundee, IL, which is about 40 miles from Chicago. The two-story facility located at the Oakview Business Park will be the company’s North American headquarters. The new building slated for completion in June 2016, will also include space for product development, testing, warehousing and distribution.

The facility will consolidate the company’s two existing sites, with a 47,000 sq area dedicated to warehousing/distribution. The 86,000 office portion provides additional space for services staff, as well as demonstration, training and conference facilities. The additional space includes flexible training and demonstration areas, with an open two-story exhibit hall for customer tours and product demos. The facility can also accommodate future expansion as Renishaw continues to grow.
