Red Bud Industries (Red Bud, IL) recently shipped a Precision Blanking Line to Mishawaka Sheet Metal, Inc. (Elkhart, IN). The new line is capable of cutting and blanking material up to 0.090 in by 72 in at coil weights up to 30,000 lb. It consists of a Coil Stage & Load System, Uncoiler, Peeler Breaker, Straightener, Thread System, Grip Feed, Shear, Drop Stacker, Automatic Lowering Stack table, and End Discharge Rollouts.
