Hawk Technology, Ltd. (Rock Island, IL), a leading designer and manufacturer of tooling, fixtures, robotics integration solutions, vision inspection systems, and other customized automated solutions, has recently announced the development of a leadership team resulting in several promotions.

“We have seen unprecedented growth in this company and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our new leadership team. It’s an exciting new chapter for us,” noted Josh Clare, the previous president and chief executive officer of the company. He will now take on the leading role in business development as Rob Doneth is promoted to president of the company. Doneth has been with Hawk for four years and was previously an automation manager.

In conjunction with Doneth’s promotion, Mark Ross has been named the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company. “I’m excited to lead the 75 employees of Hawk Technology, ALM Positioners and United Craftsmen. Next year is gearing up to be a great one,” stated Ross, who has been with Hawk/ALM for three years and was formerly the president of ALM and chief financial office of Hawk Technology.

Myron Pundt has been promoted to the vice president of engineering/research and development for Hawk. He has been with the company for 20 years and was previously the vice president of engineering. Kevin Toft has been promoted to the president of ALM Positioners, an independent subsidiary of Hawk Technology that was acquired in 2015. He was previously their vice president and general manager.

Paul Hackbarth is the president of United Craftsmen, which was acquired by Hawk in 2014. He was formerly their general manager and has been with that company for 22 years. Hawk Technology is very excited about these transitions and looks forward to this new focus on leadership.
