Broan-Nutone, LLC (Hartford, CT), North America’s leading supplier of residential ventilation products, recently installed a new press feeding line from COE Press Equipment (Sterling Heights, MI) at their facility in Tecate, Mexico. COE has a long-standing relationship with the company, having installed their first line in 1989 at their Hartford headquarters.

The new line feeds a SEYI America press and is comprised of a 42 in wide ServoMaster Series 3 Roll Feed with a 42 in x 8 in dual threading table, a 3.5 in x 42 in power straightener, and a 10,000 lb 42 in coil reel. The line can process 40,000 psi steel coil from 0.20 in to .063 in thick at a roll speed of 367 fpm. This was a full turnkey installation, with COE providing personnel and supervision for installation, startup and training.
