Manchester Tool & Die, Inc. (MTD; North Manchester, IN) offers their Model M71-E-3 and Model M71-E-6 Electric Tube End Forming Systems for tubes up to 1½ in diameter. The M71-E-6 has a servo driven six-position rotary shuttle and the M71-E-3 has a pneumatically driven three-position shuttle, both of which are easily programmable through a human machine interface. A servo flag stop system is available for quick, tool free flag adjustments which helps achieve quicker and more accurate setups.
