Tebis America, Inc. (Troy, MI), a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing that services the tool, die, mold, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries, has announced the appointment of Mike Mazloum and Antonio Sieza as their new product and applications specialists. They service the Canadian market and, in particular, Ontario. The announcement was made by David Klotz, the company president and chief executive officer.

Mazloum has more than 20 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming and machining, including multiple years with Active Burgess Mold and Design (Windsor, ON). Sieza was most recently with Kapco Tool & Die, (Windsor, ON) as a CAD/CAM programmer and machinist. Prior to that he owned his own tool shop.

The bolstering of the Ontario presence, along with the opening of a Southeast U.S. office and another in Orange County, CA, and a move to larger corporate headquarters in Troy, MI, all have contributed to the company’s continued success. Tebis has seen a significant increase in sales over last year’s reporting and has also shown a pronounced increase in the number of new customers.

“Ontario is a hot bed for the tool, die and mold industry, along with the aerospace industry and has represented significant opportunities for us,” explained Klotz. “The addition of Mike and Antonio will help support our large and growing customer base there, as well as other provinces of Canada. That area is rich in manufacturing and we will provide customers and prospects in the area with hands-on service and training in a timely fashion.”

“These moves follow our strategic plan of growing our support team,” added Naren Suryadevara, technical support manager. “We are excited to be able to provide our customers with increased service and applications support.”
