In Booth B-8429, Messer Cutting Systems (Menomonee Falls, WI) will showcase three machines and demonstrate the latest in cutting techniques. The machines on display include the MetalMaster Xcel, the fastest plasma cutting machine on the market with HPR400XD plasma bevel cutting, a Deltae Rotator, ½ in drill capability, a digital camera and The Slagger® self-cleaning downdraft table. With state-of-the-art traverse speeds of 3,000 ipm, a robust design and high acceleration drives, the Xcel can increase production to meet manufacturing demands. Also on display is the MetalMaster 2.0, a compact 5 ft x 10 ft unitized cutting machine with a downdraft table that features the XPR300XD plasma torch for straight plasma cutting and Turbo Flame™ oxyfuel torch. This machine provides superior cut performance at a low cost. The MetalMaster Evolution, a unitized cutting machine with a downdraft table, will feature the XPR300 plasma system, a new rotary marker, and the compact Bevel-R™ Rotator that is designed to save costly secondary operations to meet the demands of a modern fabrication shop. This high speed plasma beveller can cut up to ± 45 dg.
