WB Industries Adds Machining Supervisor

WB industries (St Louis, MO), a custom metal and structural fabrication, welding, and precision machining company, added Ricky Goble as their machining supervisor. In this role, he is tasked with leading their machining department and improving productivity. He is responsible for performing in-process inspections, managing personnel, coordinating with other departments and monitoring project progress. “We are very excited to welcome Ricky to our team,” said Gary Bertolucci, the president of the company. “He extensive experience in machining and his knowledge of the industry as a whole is very impressive. We’re confident that he will help us continue our culture of quality.”

With more than 18 years of experience in the machining industry, Goble has a wide set of skills and has filled various roles such as machine programmer/operator and department shift lead. In his most recent position, he was a CNC machinist who maintained and produced quality standards in a large lathe department while also running production.
