Integrated Drives Revolutionize Vertical Lathe Versatility

When meshed with a drive gear, the two reducers on TwinDrive and DualDrive cancel 100 percent of backlash to guarantee exceptional accuracy and momentum on linear rack-and-pinion systems. These high-speed reducers have been hardened in spindle gearboxes to allow continuous operating cycles and meet the specific requirements of rotary tables. As a result, high-speed TwinDrive and DualDrive units can achieve rotational speeds of up to 28 rpm-1.
New high speed drives simplify the mechanical transmission systems of large rotary tables used on vertical lathes and smaller tables used on milling machines, improving machine accuracy and allowing smaller machine footprints.

Automation Optimizes Machining Time

The Sytronix FcP frequency controlled pump drive is an energy-efficient, variable-speed pump drive used in constant pressure systems on machine tools to offer energy savings from 40 percent to 70 percent and reduce average noise emission by up to 20 dB (A).
Bosch Rexroth offers open, scalable CNC platforms, advanced automation technologies and open programming tools that help optimize cutting, forming and machining times and improve production flexibility and precision.
