CNC Plate Shear Eliminates Manual Layout

The new SUNRISE CNC Plate Shear System can be factory installed on any Sunrise Dual-Cylinder ironworker with capacity from 16 in to 30 in plate widths and up to 1-1/8 in thickness. The operation and programming are CNC controlled using a touch-screen control featuring operator friendly programming with nesting capability. The operator simply positions the plate on the supplied roller table with squaring arm, initiates the hydraulic clamping and the machine processes the plate automatically.
The SUNRISE CNC Plate Shear System from Trilogy Machinery features a powered in-feed system capable of processing up to 20 ft lengths of material at 16 fpm speed with ± 0.006 in/foot positioning accuracy.
