In Booth N-26010, CS Unitec, Inc. (Norwalk, CT) showcases their ROLEI® line of portable metal deburring machines cfor deburring, faceting and beveling metals from stainless steel to aluminum. The ROLEI BE 5 provides double-sided deburring of metal sheets up to 0.2 in thick in a single pass. Two speeds enable fine or standard deburring. Two abrasive flap wheels rotate in opposite directions to grind both sides of the metal. Deburr large, thin sheets with standard 28 in long guide rail extensions.
The ROLEI Model PEF 500 bevels with perfect cross grinding and no opposite burr. It has an infinitely adjustable beveling angle from 30 deg to 60 deg. Model EF 165 has a fixed beveling angle of 45 deg and adjustable land width from 0 to 3/8 in. Model EF 115 hand-held deburring and faceting machine is designed for use on large, heavy parts such as machine tables, and frame constructions. Precise edge control ensures clean bevels at a fixed angle of 45 deg.
