Booth S-4524: The Next Generation DSF Series Servo Press Control System from AIDA-America features Allen Bradley Control Logix that significantly improves the performance of the DSF Series servo press as the most flexible and productive stamping equipment in metal forming operations.

Booth S-4524: The Next Generation DSF Series Servo Press Control System from AIDA-America features Beckhoff servo motor motion control for precision stamping performance.

Booth S-4724: AIDA-America will demonstrate the advantages a DSF-C1-1500 150 ton Gap Frame Servo Press can bring to blanking HSLA material with their “silent blanking” stroke profile.

Booth S-4524: AIDA-America will demonstrate the DSF-M2-4000 400 Ton Straightside Servo Press, the largest servo press ever at FABTECH, using an integrated uncoiler, straightener and feed system from COE Press Equipment, scrap and lubrication equipment from PAX Products and servo controlled in-die tapping from Automated Tapping Systems.

The Next Generation DSF Series Servo Press Control System, featuring Allen Bradley Control Logix, significantly improves the performance of the industry-leading DSF Series (Direct Drive Servo Former) servo presses. This updated control platform continues to position the DSF Series servo presses as the most flexible and productive stamping equipment available to the metal forming industry.

The company will also be showcasing one of the broadest ranges of stamping presses and metal forming systems available from a single manufacturer. With capacities from 35 tons through 4,000 tons, AIDA offers a wide selection of servo and mechanical presses and automation devices for a diverse set of applications. On display will be a DSF-M2-4000 400 Ton Straightside Servo Press, the largest servo press ever at FABTECH. The DSF-M2-4000 demonstration will include an integrated uncoiler, straightener and feed system from COE Press Equipment (Sterling Heights, MI), scrap and lubrication equipment from PAX Products (Celina, OH) and servo controlled in-die tapping from Automated Tapping Systems (Brick, NJ). Material has been provided by Heidtman Steel (Toledo, OH) and the press will be on display at the show courtesy of Ultraform Industries (Romeo, MI), where the press will be in production after the show.

Additional DSF Series Servo Press demonstrations will include a DSF-C1-1500 150 ton Gap Frame Servo Press and a DSF-C1-2000 200 ton Gap Frame Servo Press. In booth S-4724, AIDA-America will demonstrate the advantages a servo press can bring to blanking HSLA material with their “silent blanking” stroke profile. In Booth S-4522, HYSON Products (Brecksville, OH) will be partnering with AIDA to showcase the latest in servo die cushion technology integrated with a DSF-C1-2000. This demonstration will feature a difficult-to-draw part and will show the benefits stampers can gain by using an AIDA DSF Servo Press and HYSON Servo Die Cushion.
