Advanced Bundle Saw Operations
Marvel increases their Fabricating Saw line with the addition of the 600BA-PC3.1S Bundle Saw.

In Booth S-3907, Marvel Manufacturing Company, Inc. (Oshkosh, WI) is increasing their line of Fabricating Saws with the addition of the 600BA-PC3.1S Bundle Saw. Providing shops with detailed performance metrics, its PC3.1 control captures detailed saw utilization and performance measurements for each shift, day, week, month and year. The 600BA-PC3.1S also provides the option of a 48 in servo controlled axis. This shuttle resides at the discharge end of the saw table and substitutes as the second machine vise. Once the material being fed into the saw with the infeed shuttle reaches the point that it is not long enough to be fed any further into the saw, then the remnant reduction shuttle will pull the remaining material to allow complete material consumption.
