Booth A4848: The SUNRISE ALS fully automatic angle processing system from Trilogy Machinery is a complete plate processing system that can punch and shear simultaneously. This fully enclosed system is driven by a powerful rack and pinion in-feed capable of handling up to 40 ft lengths of material at speeds up to 40 fpm. Operation and programming are CNC controlled using a touch-screen display featuring operator-friendly programming with nesting capability. The operator simply positions the material on the in-feed table, initiates the pneumatic clamping, and the machine automatically processes, punches and shears the material. (first view)

FABTECH 2017 is North America’s largest collaboration of technology, equipment and knowledge in the metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing industry. The event takes place November 6-9 and will occupy over 750,000 sq ft in the McCormick Center in Chicago, where more than 1,700 exhibitors and 50,000 attendees will have full access to special events, presentations, educational sessions and live demonstrations of the latest technology and integrated solutions, along with one-on-one exchanges with exhibitors and networking with industry leaders. There will also be opportunities to attend keynote presentations, a state of the industry outlook, discussions on key industry issues that influence manufacturing, and more. You don’t want to miss this:

Fully Automatic Angle and Plate Processing System
The fully enclosed, fully automatic SUNRISE ALS angle processing system from Trilogy Machinery is a complete plate processing system that can punch and shear simultaneously and is driven by a powerful rack and pinion in-feed capable of handling up to 40 ft lengths of material at speeds up to 40 fpm.

Engineered Industrial Cabinets for Visual Management, Organized Space, Increased Process Efficiency
Personalized Strong Hold Plus industrial cabinets from Strong Hold Products are much more finished systems that reflect the ways how shops ultimately use them.

How to Machine Bulky Parts
The flexible MULTImaster system from Suhner is ideal for machining profiles that are too large or difficult to handle using normal workholding or machining methods.

Does Your Metal Pass the Test? Instant Metal Identification
The precise, affordable and portable Watson II XRF analyzer from Tribogenics has a Silicon Drift Detector that allows fabricators to instantly verify metal composition and avoid using incorrect or out-of-specification alloys.

Connected Metal Fabrication Systems
Using the TruConnect approach to custom manufacture a part, innovative fabricating machinery, automation systems and support technologies from TRUMPF work together to connect information and processes like never before.

Press Brake and Turret Punch Tooling Increases Efficiency, Reduces Errors and Costs
To gain efficiency, reduce errors and lower operating costs, Wilson Tool offers the Express Crowning System and rotary bend tooling for press brakes, iSeries AITS thick turret tooling and the QuickTap tapping tool for turret presses, and the fully automated XSharp grinder.

Affordable Waterjet Offers Capabilities Reserved for Elite Systems
Specifically engineered to affordably meet waterjet applications from stone to carbon fiber, the Mach 200 from Flow International is an entirely new, practical and flexible waterjet system.

Deburring, Edge-Rounding and Leveling Systems Reduce Operating Costs Downstream
The EdgeBreaker 4000 Plus from ARKU removes burrs/slag to create a clean, even surface and sides on parts up to 3.3 in thick. Their FlatMaster 55 precision leveler quickly delivers leveled and stress-relieved parts and sheets that have been punched or cut by laser, flame and oxyfuel.

3D Printing an Automobile and More
Cincinnati Incorporated 3D printed a full-size automobile with their BAAM system. They also offer the 60 ton GOFORM press brake, the 8 kW CL980 fiber laser, and the CPX300 hi-def plasma laser.

Economical Entry Level Fiber Laser Cutting System
The Mitsubishi SR-F two-dimensional fiber laser processing system from MC Machinery features a 3 m by 1.5 m footprint with 2 kW or 3 kW power and standard fiber laser resonator, processing head and safety cover.

The Future of High Performance Manufacturing
The Xpert 40 Mobile Bending Cell from Bystronic is a compact system for automated as well as manual bending to support fluctuating lot sizes and varying part complexities of small and medium size parts.

High Performance, Large Format Laser Cutting and Engraving Operations
The next generation OptiFlex large format laser cutting and engraving system from Kern Laser uses a new HyperDual motion package with a rack-and-pinion gear system at each side of the laser system and dual Y-axis servo motors for cut acceleration rates up to three times faster and a 100 percent increase in top-end vector speed.
