Laguna Tools (Irvine, CA) completed their acquisition of SuperMax Tools (St. Paul, MN), a company that designs and sells drum, brush and combo sanders for the woodworking and metalworking industries. They also sell sander accessories, including dust collectors, abrasives and brushes.
