In Booth C-12028, Bluco Corporation (Naperville, IL) will display a complete line of standard size 3D Precision Welding Tables, as well as being able to manufacture in-house custom sizes and configurations. With well over 10,000 precision welding tables in use worldwide, new users can expect to receive the highest quality equipment backed by a lifetime warranty, with tables perfected through innovation and continuous improvement since their first design over a quarter-century ago. Also on display will be Standard Rollovers used primarily for welding and assembly that can be completely customized to your application by choosing from over 400 standard modular blocks, clamps, locators, pins, etc. Free fixture designs are available to tailor a rollover system specifically for your needs.
Also on display will be Powered Manipulators that optimize worker safety and ergonomics by letting motors and hydraulics due the heavy lifting. Instead of using saw horses, a crane and brute force to maneuver a weldment into proper position for weld out, these manipulators can lift parts weighing up to 8,000 lb and rotate or tilt them to the desired position in seconds. Built for heavy industrial applications, built for life. The Floor Rail Systems that will be on display are a practical and economical system for very large weldments. Fixturing enormous weldments like crane booms, train cars or semi-trailers are far more economical and accurate with a modular floor rail system than building a massive dedicated fixture or linking homemade tables together. This modular system allows tables and bridges to be accurately pinned to laser-calibrated floor rails wherever a fixturing base is needed. Visitors to the booth can speak with Bluco application engineers on how to solve lengthy fixturing problems. These engineers have extensive hands-on experience in all facets of fixture design, welding, fabricating and general manufacturing, which translates to a complete understanding of what it takes to get the job done.
Visitors can also schedule a visit to the company’s 5,600 sq ft showroom to collaborate further with application engineers on specific modular fixturing solutions. For a more hands-on experience, they can bring their parts to the 7,000 sq ft Validation Center to develop a fixture concept, prove it out by building the fixture, and weld the part. Bluco’s popular rent-to-own program allows users to take delivery of a complete modular solution at a fraction of the cost. They can use the fixturing system for as long as they like, with options to purchase or return the rental at any time.
