The MOV integrated multi-cylinder press system from PVA TePla America uses large pressing plates for diffusion bonding of a variety of parts. It applies up to 4,000 kN of pressing force to process parts as large as 35.43 in x 49.21 in. Independent control of each cylinder provides extremely consistent pressure across the entire surface. Six heaters are utilized within the chamber for greater temperature uniformity up to 1,400 deg C. Rapid cooling brings temperatures down quickly so that parts can be removed in half the time without risk of cracking or other damage. (first view)

The Next Generation of Diffusion Bonding
Specialized furnaces with integrated hydraulic press systems use superior control of pressure and temperature to create better diffusion bonds when joining similar or dissimilar metals for fuselages, actuator fittings, landing gear trunnions, nacelle frames, nuclear control rods, turbine blades, medical devices, heat exchangers, lithium batteries and more.

Join Materials that Otherwise Could Not be Welded
Superior Joining Technologies uses an LDT welding system to create complex geometries that were once difficult to produce for aerospace and other critical applications.

Prototype and Low Volume Friction Welding of Dissimilar Materials
Coldwater Machine welds prototypes or small batches of various parts that join bar stock and tubes, rods, cylinders, fasteners, studs, nuts and fittings, as well as drills, rods and hand tools with carbide inserts, heat sinks, air bag inflators, electrodes and shafted components that can be made of dissimilar materials.

Reproduce a ‘Perfect’ Brazing Flame Over and Over Again
The Perfect Flame from Harris Products is an engineered system for production brazing that removes flame variability and provides data for improved operational and financial performance.
