3D Precision Welding Tables Simplify Part Handling

Bluco Corp. (Naperville, IL) has refined its 3D precision welding table through ongoing continuous improvement since designing the first one more than 25 years ago. Today, more than 10,000 are being used worldwide.
Like the company’s other products, the tables are modular to increase productivity by providing extensive flexibility. Five sides enable users to attach angles, bolts, clamps, and – if needed to hold longer parts – outriggers in a wide variety of locations.
Every hole (available in double- or high-density) is universally accurate to 0.001-inch.
Welding spatter doesn’t stick to the table’s hardened surface, which provides a corrosion-resistant surface for long life.
The tables are laser-inspected and certified for flatness, and available in at least 17 standard sizes for light- or heavy-duty use. Bluco also designs and manufactures custom sizes, materials, and hole patterns.
