A member of Wooster Products’ (Wooster, OH) Walk-A-Sured Water Clear epoxy system, eco-friendly Heavyduty 20 contains 100% solids, with no solvents or volatile organize compounds (VOCs). It’s ideal for use on floors by machining centers and other oil-prone manufacturing environments.
The two-component clear epoxy contains polymer grit. This gives the coating long-lasting added traction that meets ASTM slip-resistance requirements as well as OSHA and Americans with Disability (ADA) standards.
Available in 1-gallon kits that cover 150 to 225 square feet, the coating is easily applied with a ¼-inch-nap, lint-free epoxy roller. The system cures in six to eight hours at ambient temperature (77 degrees F/25 degrees C).
Compatible surfaces include concrete, metal, wood, glass, ceramic tile, terrazzo, marble, stone, and previously installed coatings.
