Kyzen Corp. (Nashville, TN) formulated Metalnox M6314CP cleaner/inhibitor to remove various manufacturing oils used in a range of machining, stamping and deep-draw operations. The heavy-duty alkaline product’s corrosion inhibitors provide long-term protection for both mild steel and cast steel and meets the demanding cleaning process where aluminum and steel are processed through the same wash tool. Additionally, the chemistry can be added to both the wash and rinse stages of multistage cleaning systems.
Compatible with all materials of construction used in industrial parts-cleaning systems and processes, Metalnox M6314CP provides numerous benefits:
