Redesign and Reposition of Pivot Point Achieves 50 Percent Higher Clamping Force

Lenzkes Clamping Tools will feature Multi-Quick 60 S and 100 S clamps, which offer a horizontal and vertical adjustable range and high clamping pressure with low torque.

Lenzkes Clamping‘s 60 S has a stronger design forged clamping shoe and clamping arm. Both clamps can achieve up to 50 percent higher clamping force than their MQ60, MQ100 and MQ106 clamps, by redesign and reposition of the pivot point. Both clamps have a flatter designed forged clamping shoe, and the fixing bolts now come with a larger head. This style and other Multi-Quick clamps provide quicker, safer tool changes and are suitable for tapped holes or t-slots. The Multi-Quick 60 S and 100 S are just a couple of the clamps to be featured at Fabtech 2021.
