Welch will work out of HGG’s headquarters in Houston, Texas and will report directly to Gerrit Teunissen, HGG’s North American general manager.
Teunissen said: “Since joining HGG, part of my mission has been to develop a new gold standard for machine sales, and in customer service and support. With Brandon’s help and proven track record of accomplishment, we are confident that we can achieve that new gold standard.”
Welch has 15 years of experience in sales management, working with Exxon, GE, Haliburton, and Shell. He has held sales and support positions for RMS, Rotating Machinery Services and for ERIKS, an international manufacturer of fluid flow control products. Also, he was owner and general manager of his own Cross Door and Trim company, which he sold in 2006.
Welch resides in Shiner, Texas, with his wife Courtney and their two children, daughter Katy and son Jackson. Courtney is a doctor completing her residency at Texas A&M. When not chasing down new sales, Welch can be found outdoors. He like to fish, hunt, attend high school football games, and attend Texas A&M football games.
HGG supplies 3D pipe-cutting machinery, robotic profiling cutting lines, and associated cutting equipment solutions.
