BLM GROUP USA has announced a new partnership with Tekmag SRL, an Italy-based automation systems manufacturer specializing in standard or customized storage systems. The companies will work together on developing automated material storage and retrieval systems that fully integrate with BLM Group’s extensive line of flat lasers.
“With the labor shortage and changing workforce of today, the role of automation becomes even more important in manufacturing,” said Dave Cotton, BLM GROUP USA Business Development Manager. “Tekmag’s product line and proven collaborative capabilities make them a good fit for us, helping bring even more technologically-advanced solutions to our customers.”
Tekmag, established in 1999, offers a wide range of automation and storage solutions ranging from sheet load/unload systems to automated storage/retrieval systems. With this partnership, each of the Tekmag solutions will operate through the controller on the BLM Group laser equipment, providing our customers with a seamless solution.
