Koma Precision Adds New Managers
David Meo is the national sales manager and and Rob Diloreto is the new Elbo Controlli tool presetter product manager.

Koma Precision, Inc. (East Windsor, CT), has promoted David Meo to national sales manager. His last position in the company was Mid-West regional sales manager. He will be based out of the company’s headquarters in East Windsor.
“As a national sales manager, Dave will be responsible for working closely with our customers, distributors, OEM groups and our sales and marketing staff members to help understand customer manufacturing needs and come up with solutions that best fits those needs. His knowledge and abilities will contribute to our continued growth and expansion plans” says Barry Agosti, the vice president of Koma Precision.

Meo has been with the company for seven years, with previous roles as an inside sales representative and Mid-West regional sales manager. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a financial analyst at Ipreo (New York, NY), a leading global provider of market intelligence, deal execution platforms, and investor communication tools to investment banks and corporations around the world. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from Washington University and an MBA from University of Connecticut.
The company has also hired Rob Diloreto as the new Elbo Controlli tool presetter product manager. This position was previously held by Jurgen Bettray, who is now the central regional sales manager for Koma Precision.
“Rob is a valuable addition to our team as he brings with him a technical background in machine tool accessories with formal mechanical engineering college degree,” says Agosti. “As product manager, with major concentration on the Elbo Controlli tool presetter product line, he will be responsible for managing sales for the tool presetters throughout North America. He will also be scheduling and overseeing tool presetter trainings and installations.”

His previous experience includes designing and implementing machining processes for 3- and 4-axis CNC mills, lathes and Swiss screw machines. He continues to strive for process improvements in his applications as a manufacturing engineer.
Diloreto holds a BS degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing) from the Central Connecticut State University and is currently working on a Master’s in Technology Management. He will also be based out of the headquarters in East Windsor.
