Heavy Duty Retrofittable 6-Axis CNC Backgauge for Press Brakes

Zakron USA Inc. (Dearborn, MI), has announced a new line of retrofittable 6-axis CNC backgauges for press brakes with bed lengths from 10 ft to 20 ft and from 200 tons to 1000 tons. These systems offer X1, X2 travel from 24 in to 72 in, R1, R2 travel of 6 in to 15 in and Z1, Z2 travel from 8 ft to 18 ft, depending upon the model.

These new systems all incorporate state-of-the-art CAN open intelligent motor drives with integrated amplifiers, greatly reducing the wiring requirements, improving performance and reliability. The S550N touch screen CNC control offers 2D or 3D graphics with simulation and can be retrofitted to virtually any press brake.
