DuBois Acquires Heatbath

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. (Cincinnati, OH) has completed the acquisition of Heatbath Corporation/ Park Chemical (Indian Orchard, MA) and combined DuBois paint pre-treatment, cleaning and metalworking expertise with innovative and proven Heatbath heat treating and metal finishing proficiency. This acquisition extends and significantly enhances the full range of cleaning and process chemical solutions that DuBois delivers to a diverse range of manufacturing customers.
