Haller Acquires Acro-Feed and Automatic Tooling

Haller International Technologies, Inc. (Detriot, MI) acquires Acro-Feed Industries, Inc. and Automatic Tooling Corporation, both in Detriot. Haller is wholly owned by Dennis A. Haller, the former president of Acro-Feed and ATC. Acro-Feed manufactures designer and automatic bar loaders for multiple-spindle screw machines. ATC manufactures tooling and replacement parts for all foreign and domestic multiple-spindle screw machines. www.acrofeed.com
