Tornos Group (Moutier, Switzerland) acquires a 95 percent share of Almac SA and 100 percent of Almatronic SA, both in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Almac manufactures CNC machining equipment for small high precision parts in the medical, dental and semi-connector industries. Almatronic specializes in CNC controls and programming used in Almac machines. Both Almac and Almatronic will remain independent entities.
