Ercolina’s 050KD is ideal for bending pipe, tube, squares, rectangles, solids and other profiles. The 050KD is capable of bending ferrous and non-ferrous materials from ¼ in to 2½ in and accepts Ercolina’s optional two-axis A40/P positioning table for multiple and sequential bends.

Ercolina's 050KD is ideal for bending pipe, tube, squares, rectangles, solids and other profiles. The 050KD is capable of bending ferrous and non-ferrous materials from ¼ in to 2½ in and accepts Ercolina's optional two-axis A40/P positioning table for multiple and sequential bends.

The heavy-duty gear case accommodates radii up to 11⅞ in centerline radius. Standard tooling is available from stock in multiple radii with centerline radius as small as two times diameter. Operator-friendly control programs bend angles to 180 deg with individual springback setting. Included is a linear scale for visual reference of the counterbend axis and increased repeatability.

Standard motor brake ensures bend angle accuracy, and the patented swing away counter bending die vise allows quick loading and unloading of the workpiece. Hex mount patented tooling system tooling allows rapid changeover for increase productivity from job to job. This unit is portable with base wheels and a lift handle to be conveniently moved to desired location. An optional remote foot pedal is available for hands free operation. www.ercolina-usa.com
