MC Machinery Systems, Inc. offers the Mitsubishi 700 Series CNC Control, which delivers advanced programming capabilities for high-precision machining and unprecedented productivity. Every Mitsubishi product line now incorporates the M700 Series CNC Control, allowing greater compatibility between machines and greatly reducing the learning curve for machinists transitioning to new technologies.

The M700's dedicated Nano technology delivers unprecedented productivity and high-precision machining. The unit is controlled on a 15-inch LCD touch screen display, making overall operation much more comfortable for the operators and allowing them to easily monitor machine operation from a distance. The control's simple menu configuration allows for easy navigation on the Windows XP operating system, and on-board manuals keep rarely needed information close at hand. Operation is further simplified with improved graphics, NC design, and an 80 percent faster drawing time.

The control offers a USB interface, allowing the user to effortlessly attach almost any expansion device. Although these features are offered across the board, each of the product lines has additional software, specialized for its specific needs. The M700 enhances the Mitsubishi Laser line with expanded cutting conditions and functionality. New BrilliantCUT technology produces a cutting surface roughness near machine finish, eliminating secondary operations and decreasing production times. BrilliantCUT also provides better part straightness, optimal processing conditions, reduced taper, and reduced discoloring on the heat-affected zone.

Jet Pierce technology decreases part time by allowing material to be pierced faster and more aggressively during small-hole processing, while improved height sensor hardware provides better tracing ability than older lasers. Mitsubishi Waterjet's Water CAM Programming allows the user to select the types and quantities of stored pieces to be laid on one or more plates, optimizing the production and reducing waste by the automatic nesting system. Before the actual production, the software is able to generate an automatic estimation of the work, showing costs, timing and cutting lengths. Additionally, Water CAD Programming quickly processes all the contours of materials in 2D, offering automatic looping and tag insertion, automatic common cut, and automatic small ridges for a unique cut. The software is compatible with most formats.

The Mitsubishi Waterjet's OMR Control estimates machine status and then matches position by applying correction to motor control. Mitsubishi EDM comes equipped with 3D-PM (Power Master), which analyzes 3D data and recognizes shape characteristics. Machining is improved with nozzle close conditions, and transition lines and streaks can be easily eliminated. The M700 control can read and display 3D CAD data in the original format, then import parasolid files into the machines and examine NC operation before any steel is actually cut. Data can also be overlaid and displayed on the monitor screen while machining, making it possible to see the current location at a glance. The CS (Cost Save) mode helps EDM users greatly reduce consumable and electrical costs to the user. Self-cleaning features significantly reduce maintenance times compared with older EDM equipment.
