Success Brings New Era For Michigan Manufacturing Company

NEWCO Industries (Litchfield, MI) has changed its name to NEX Solutions. The company has produced a 58-percent compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) over the past four years and has more than doubled its employee base, from 33 to 75.

General Manager Kevin Grossman assures everyone that the company has not been sold or restructured. ?NEWCO Industries has been extremely fortunate since we started in 2005. We have changed our company name as an outward symbol that represents an internal passion to become the premier fabrication, weld and powder coating facility in the Midwest.?

?The company is maturing and we have been asked to take on more mission-critical projects by our customers,? explained Rod Norris, the company?s technical director. ?More important than our name is the investment we are making in plant improvements, people and cultural changes that we feel are necessary for us to meet our customers? expectations.?
