LAI International, Inc. (Scottsdale, AZ), strategic supplier of precision components and subassemblies for original equipment manufacturers, has once again been ranked among the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine. This positions the precision components supplier among the year?s fastest-growing and most-promising private manufacturing businesses in the United States.

?We?re extremely pleased Inc. has recognized our success again this year,? Matt Kalina, director of marketing said. ?It?s exciting that we have earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 every year since the list began in 2007.? The company earned the position of 2,666 on the Inc. 5000 list. The company was ranked 3,688th on the list in 2007, the inaugural year it made the list.

The list recognizes the significant accomplishments of the 5,000 fastest growing privately owned businesses in the country, based on percentage growth in company net sales over a four-year period. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2005, and $2 million in 2009. LAI showed revenue growth of 53.5 percent in the last three years, according to chief financial officer Vinnie Caliendo.

?For more than 30 years, our List has served as evidence of the significant accomplishments of enterprises such as yours,? Jane Berentson, editor of Inc., said in a letter to the company. ?And, more than ever, this year?s list is a testament to the creativity, resilience, and tenacity of America?s top entrepreneurs. As an Inc. 5000 honoree, this company shares a prestigious pedigree with such notable alumni as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Visa, Clif Bar, Patagonia, Oracle, and scores of other powerhouses. We recognize the creativity, dedication, and hard work that have gone into building this manufacturer into what it is today and wishes you many more years of success.?
