Capable of peeling back 4 in of fin in less than two minutes, this rigid ID clamping tool has no reaction torque, requires no cutting fluids, and eliminates the need for chipping hammers, grinders, dirt and dust.

The cutter blade is made from a high grade of steel and can be resharpened.
