Sandvik Coromant (Fair Lawn, NJ) launched CoroMill Plura, a new series of end mills for use in multiple materials. This new range is designed for high performance and secure machining in a variety of applications, component sizes, shapes and materials, reducing the requirement to change tools for every different operation.

Demonstration of the range of tools includes high-performance solutions for high-speed machining (HSM), manufacture of dies and high feed machining (HFM): from roughing to superfinish in most materials, both in hard materials like steel cut very hard, to HRc 63.
