The innovative design of the Bylaser 6000 Watt resonator from Bystronic incorporates advanced mirror detection systems; End Mirror Sensor (EMS) and Output Coupler Sensor (OCS). These features automatically monitor the conditions of the two most important mirrors in the resonator and will shut down the resonator in the case of a fault. This is a key feature of maintaining continuous process safety, especially when running an automated lights-out operation.
The Power Saving Mode on the Bylaser 6000 reduces the electrical power consumption of the complete laser cutting system by 50 percent to 70 percent during standby or non-cutting times to reduce energy costs, reduce the carbon footprint and possible state or local incentives for electrical efficiency.
