Ursviken Appoints National Sales Manager
Michael Rose will help grow sales of their sheet metal and plate forming solutions.

Marten Weidgraaf, the general manager of Ursviken Inc. (Elgin, IL) is pleased to announce that Michael Rose has accepted the position as national sales manager with the company, which offers innovative press brake technology and approaches to sheet metal and plate forming as part of Finnish/Swedish Ursviken Group of companies.
Rose will be responsible for the Ursviken product line, which includes standard and special purpose Optima and OptiFlex press brakes from 100 tons to 10,000 tons; guillotine shears for heavy fabrication applications; and frame Benders and other special hydraulic presses.
Rose has an extensive background in the fabrication industry and has worked for a major machinery builder of fabrication equipment for the last 15 years. He has extensive sales knowledge and application experience in the pole fabrication/automation, structural steel applications and shipyard industries. “We will continue to grow the Ursviken sales force to give our customers worldwide the best sales experience and the best overall technical solutions.”
