In his new position as general manager, he is charged with growing their business in investment castings for glass container and many other industrial sectors. The company provides high-quality, consistent products supported by technical expertise, in-house tooling and machining, and automated processing.

Franklin Bronze Precision Components, LLC (Franklin, PA) announced John Carnes as their new general manager. He comes to the company with over 20 years of experience in plant operations management. Most recently, he spent seven years as a general manager in the aerospace turbine and engine components market.

As the general manager, he is focused on creating consistent direction and strong leadership to develop and grow the business. Carnes is a strong champion of forming a successful operations team through leadership, mentorship and training. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University (Dayton, OH).

Franklin Bronze manufactures investment castings for glass container and many other industrial sectors. They provide high-quality, consistent products supported by technical expertise, in-house tooling and machining, and automated processing.

Effective August 29, 2014, Franklin Bronze & Alloy Company, Inc. was acquired by Wall Colmonoy Corporation (Madison Heights, MI) and was renamed Franklin Bronze Precision Components, LLC to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wall Colmonoy. Together they are a global materials engineering organization with offices and manufacturing facilities located in the U.S., UK and France, with close to 500 employees.
