The new 10-Series One-Touch Tungsten Carbide-Tipped (TCT) Cutters from CS Unitec are ideal for cutting deep burr-free holes in structural steel and other metals.

Cut burr-free holes up to 2-3/4 in diameter and up to 3-3/8 in deep in structural steel and other metals with new 10-Series One-Touch Tungsten Carbide-Tipped (TCT) Cutters from CS Unitec, Inc. (Norwalk, CT). These TCT cutters can be mounted and replaced without the need for tools, saving time. When holding with a set screw on machines with Weldon shanks, the cutter should be tightened on the flats rather than the dimple area. The 10-Series cutters are compatible with Nitto Kohki™ and other auto-feed machines. They have a ¾ in shank and come standard with a pilot pin. Armor plating is available upon request.
