Booth NC-461: Hands Free MiJET parts cleaning and collection from Custom Service Solutions captures expensive coolants for reuse and metal chips so they can easily be recycled. Air quality is improved, aerosol is reduced, and floors remain cleaner. MiJET can also be used to clean off oily parts prior to inspection.

In Booth NC-461, the MiJET® Division of Custom Service Solutions, Inc. (Brockport, NY) will introduce their new Hands Free MiJET parts cleaning and collection model. Stepping on the foot pedal directs air to flow from the fixed nozzle while also turning on the suction fan. A hand held nozzle is included for additional flexibility. MiJET utilizes an existing shop airline and is easy to incorporate into a work cell since no electricity is required. Air is driven out of a nozzle while vacuum suction simultaneously pulls the valuable coolant into the container. Exhausted air is filtered to levels that can help your shop meet OSHA standards. Air quality is improved, aerosol is reduced, and floors remain cleaner. Expensive coolants are captured for reuse and metal chips can easily be recycled. MiJET is also very useful at an inspection station to clean off oily parts prior to inspection.
