Tennessee Industrial Electronics Names New CEO and VP of Sales

Tony Wisniewski now directs all business operations in the U.S., and Matt McCarty now leads all sales operations.

Tennessee Industrial Electronics, LLC (TIE; La Vergne, TN), a leading aftermarket supplier of FANUC CNC parts and repair services, announced that Tony Wisniewski has been named their new president and chief executive officer. In this new position he has the responsibility for all of the company’s operations in the U.S. market, with a key focus on growing sales and expanding their product and service capabilities. “I am excited and honored to join a company that has an enviable reputation in the FANUC CNC aftermarket industry and sets the bar for outstanding customer service and tech support. I look forward to working with our talented team to continue the tradition, as well as leading the charge to achieve our future growth objectives,” said Wisniewski.

During his 25-year career he has held various senior operations and leadership roles with large industrial companies, including ABB and Ingersoll-Rand. He most recently served as the vice president and general manager at Quinn Group, one of the largest Caterpillar equipment dealers in the U.S. “Tony’s depth of experience in industrial aftermarket product sales and service make him uniquely qualified to lead our company. His strategic approach to managing and driving strong revenue growth will be a valuable asset to help achieve our future goals to expand the depth and breadth of our offerings,” stated Bill Grana, the interim chief executive officer at TIE.

The company has also named Matt McCarty as their new vice president of sales. He now has responsibility for the entirety of the company’s sales operations, with the primary focus on growing key accounts and reseller partnerships. During his 21 years in the manufacturing and industrial sales industry, he has gained strong knowledge of customers and the products they use. Focusing on CNC, robotics and factory automation, delivering machine uptime by providing parts, repairs and other technical automation solutions to meet clients’ needs. “Matt brings a collection of experiences and skills that make him uniquely positioned to take the reins of our sales organization,” noted Grana.

I look forward to leading this sales team, cultivating new and existing customer relationships, and along with the other members of the executive team, setting the future course of the business,” said McCarty.
