Tennessee Industrial Electronics, LLC (TIE; La Vergne, TN) a leading supplier of refurbished industrial electronic FANUC CNC component parts, has announced they have acquired The Parker Group, Inc. (PGI; Clinton Township, MI), a fully integrated depot repair center specializing in electronic and servo-mechanical products that has over 30 years of experience in repairing and rebuilding automation equipment from a number of equipment manufacturers in a broad array of industries.

“PGI’s extensive product knowledge and in-house technical repair capabilities are highly complementary to our parts and repair expertise,” stated Tony Wisniewski, the chief executive officer of TIE. “They will add extensive electronic repair expertise across new key OEMs, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Okuma, and Baldor, making us a one-stop-shop for all CNC electronics parts and repairs.”

This acquisition advances TIE’s commitment to expand their core FANUC parts and repair capabilities to include depot repair services into other manufacturers, such as Lincoln Electric, Miller Electric, Yaskawa, Ambitech and many others.

Founded in 1992, TIE is a leading supplier of refurbished industrial electronic FANUC CNC controls, motors, drives, monitors, PCBs, robot parts and repair services to end users, integrated suppliers, third party service providers and resellers. With more than 75,000 FANUC parts in stock, they deliver machine uptime with the world’s largest inventory of high quality, refurbished, certified and tested parts at up to a 50 percent discount in return for a repairable exchange. In-house capabilities also include drive and motor repairs.
